Cooking Italy learning the art of Piedmontese cooking

Some of Italy best cuisines come from Piedmont Italy Region. Our region is known for agriculture produce not to mention our world acclaimed Piedmont wines - Barolo, Barbaresco, Asti... L'Italiano Porticando Italian language school our partner offers exciting programs to introduce newbies who wish to start their learning adventure on famous wines and cuisine of Piedmont in addition to learning Italian languge. Famous wines of Piedmont

Introduction to famous wines of Peidmont and the best way you should serve them for dining pleasure. Mention of some typical Piedmont dishes.

Fee - €40 per person minimum group of 4 people

Additional trip to either a wine-cellar or a nearby vineyard near Turin for wine tasting can be scheduled at additional €15 fee per person.

 

Cuisine of Piedmont

Join us at one of Turin's many Piedmontese traditional restaurants to learn what and how Piedmontese food should be enjoyed. You will learn preparation and presentation of a few Piedmontese dishes.

Fee - €65 per person minimum group of 4 people

 

Pastry Delight

Introduction to typical pastry and chocolate specialties of Piedmont. How they are prepared and served.

Chocolate Workshop

Everyone who visit Piedmont Italy knows we are famous for our Piedmont chocolate especially on a concortion known as Ginduja. In this Chocolate workshop you have a chance to to visit a shop in Turin a "maestro cioccolataio" and learn how chocolate are being made in traditional Turin style. Ofcourse you will get to taste of specialties.

Fee - €24 per person minimum group of 4 people

 

These Cooking Italy Topic courses are only eligible for students who are taking Italian classes at L'italiano Porticando Language school.
