Originally built as a barn it was restored on simple lines and materials that are commonly found over 100+ years ago. Hand-made bricks, timber beamed ceilings, terracota floors typical of Piedmont Italy. In those days it was customary that the ground floor houses animals while upstairs is the resident.

The owners rent the apartment out periodically for vacation-seekers. It has:
